How organisations take part.
A fellowship, built on what people bring.
OLAS is a private, non-commercial club. Members are business leaders from across the Nordics alongside experts in culture, science, sport, wellbeing and education. We meet in person to learn from one another, share what we have, and work through what artificial intelligence is doing to our societies.
Organisations take part on exactly the same terms as individuals: by bringing something real into the room. That is the whole arrangement. Everything here runs on contribution, which is what keeps the room private, substantive and pointed at the long-term good of Nordic society.
Participation in practice
Host an evening that shows how your organisation actually works — its culture, its heritage, its craft. Convene a workshop in a field you know deeply. Bring an authority worth an hour of a sceptical room’s attention. Offer a venue and look after people properly. Take us outside for a cultural excursion, a retreat, a morning on the water or in the hills. The measure is simple: the room should leave better informed than it arrived.
Values and heritage
OLAS rests on Nordic principles: professional trust, real camaraderie, and hygge — the understated, high-trust setting where relationships form on their own. Our founding rule is that every member contributes. Alongside it sits a commitment to sustainability, for nature and for people, which keeps our attention on the long term rather than the immediate.
What you take away
Relationships and genuinely good company. Lasting ties to senior peers across industry, technology, academia and the arts, and a direct hand in how the Nordics think about AI and society.
Partners help the network grow; members set its agenda. We take one partner to a category, chosen personally. Member details stay confidential, the room is for conversation rather than selling, and everything else is agreed face to face.
