OLAS is a private, non-commercial club. Members are business leaders from across the Nordics alongside experts in culture, science, sport, wellbeing and education. We meet in person to learn from one another, share what we have, and work through what artificial intelligence is doing to our societies.
Organisations take part on exactly the same terms as individuals: by bringing something real into the room. Everything here runs on contribution, which is what keeps the room private, substantive and pointed at the long-term good of Nordic society.
Shaping this technology for the long-term good of Nordic society, and for the things worth protecting in it.
Mind and body. Leadership that lasts needs balance, health and real human company.
Nordic habits: trust, genuine camaraderie and hygge, and the understated rooms where relationships form on their own.
Economic and strategic conversation that respects people and the environment.
Everyone contributes. OLAS is an active fellowship. Every member brings real substance: expertise shared, a workshop run, a venue opened, a cultural, sport or wellbeing gathering organised.
Everyone comes as a peer. Members take part as peers, experts and hosts. The room is for conversation and long-term relationships; anything commercial belongs outside it.
What is said here remains here. Members neither repeat nor attribute anything discussed in the room. Names, contact details and the membership list are never disclosed to third parties.
Arrangements are made in person. Hosting, collaboration and partnerships are discussed and settled directly between the people concerned.
Tell us who you are and what you would bring.
Members usually join through a personal invitation or a nomination from someone already in the room. If you have come to us another way and the pillars above describe how you already work, write to us here. Every request is read personally, and we reply where there is a fit.
Thank you. We read every request personally, and reply where there is a fit.
